Senior Health & Safety Advisor
for a large low-rise residential development based in Ratoath. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering a high-profile project while progressing your career with a well-established developer.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of health, safety, and environmental management on site
* Implement and monitor site-specific safety plans and procedures
* Carry out site audits, inspections, and risk assessments
* Deliver training and toolbox talks to site teams and subcontractors
* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company standards
* Report on safety performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Key Skills & Experience
* Relevant Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH, Diploma, or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of Irish health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Residential project experience is essential
* Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
* Proven track record of promoting and maintaining a positive safety culture
