The Talent Acquisition Professional will play a pivotal part in resourcing candidates for clients and developing new client relationships. They will continue to develop their network of candidates within the tech space and keep up-to-date with current trends.

The role involves thinking outside the box for sourcing strategies and utilising internal technology to maximise efficiency. There is excellent opportunity to develop mentoring and leadership skills by supporting junior colleagues with their day-to-day recruitment.

1. Key Responsibilities:
2. Development of accounts into key accounts
3. Searching for suitable Tech candidates who match clients' requirements
4. Headhunting and networking on sites such as LinkedIn / GitHub / Stack Overflow
5. Writing and posting job adverts
6. Telephone interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles
7. Arranging interviews for candidates and liaising with them during this time
8. Making job offers to suitable candidates and handling rejections
9. Taking references / collating relevant supporting documents
10. Building relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipeline
11. Use social media to create a personal brand
12. Keep up-to-date with trends within the Tech industry
13. Building relationships with existing and future clients
14. Utilise internal tech such as SourceWhale, LinkedHelper and Paiger
15. Ensure all data is accurately recorded on CRM
16. Attending meetings with clients to explore potential opportunities
17. Negotiating fees and terms of engagement
