About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of customer implementation projects. As an Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our customers achieve exceptional outcomes.
The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers at all levels, from administrators to C-suite leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee project delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and internal goals.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Sales teams, and other stakeholders.
* Identify potential risks and bottlenecks, proactively leading on finding solutions.
* Manage individual project profitability, understanding revenue targets.
* Lead commercial discussions to expand services engagements.
* Support pre-sales teams in scoping and shaping future projects.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in project management, focusing on technology or software projects.
* Customer-facing experience, particularly in a technology company or Professional Services environment.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
* Advanced organisational capabilities and proactive approach.
* Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with customers and internal teams.
