This role sits at the intersection of property, development, and commercial strategy.
You will lead relationship‑driven sales activity with developers, investors, and asset owners, identifying upcoming opportunities and positioning tailored solutions that align with how modern residential and living assets are delivered and operated.

Key Responsibilities Market & Client Development Build and grow senior relationships with residential developers, institutional investors, asset managers, and property operators.
Identify early‑stage development and investment opportunities where fit‑out and furnishing solutions form part of the delivery strategy.
Leverage market intelligence to stay ahead of upcoming schemes, funding activity, and asset repositioning projects.
Lead end‑to‑end sales activity: opportunity identification, proposal development, negotiation, and conversion.
Shape the commercial approach to clients, ensuring solutions are aligned with operational, design, and budget realities.
Work closely with internal design and delivery teams to ensure proposals are commercially robust and deliverable.
Help define and refine go‑to‑market strategy, target sectors, and ideal client profiles.
Influence how the business positions itself within the Dublin development and investment community.
Represent the business confidently at industry events, meetings, and informal market forums.
Internal Collaboration Act as the commercial bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and trust.
