Role Overview
Head of AI Adoption & Value Creation to lead the structured rollout of artificial intelligence across Ifac, driving measurable productivity improvements and transformation across service lines. This role sits at the centre of transformation and offers the opportunity to influence how services are delivered across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Lead AI‑enabled workflow transformation by identifying high‑impact workflows, mapping processes, and designing AI‑enabled solutions.
Standardise best‑practice approaches across teams and embed AI into templates and standard workflows.
Drive firm‑wide adoption, develop practical AI playbooks, and support teams through hands‑on adoption.
Measure productivity baselines, track efficiency gains, and report outcomes and ROI.
Launch pilot programmes, refine workflows and scale successful initiatives across the firm.
Collaborate with Technology, Learning & Development, service‑line leaders and office leaders to align tools, support training and build long‑term capability.
Qualifications & Experience
7+ years of experience in business transformation, consulting or operations.
Track record of redesigning workflows or improving operational processes.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and project‑delivery skills.
Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements and drive adoption.
Background in professional services (accounting, advisory, consulting or legal) – highly desirable.
Experience leading change programmes and working across multiple teams or locations.
Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar.
