A challenging role awaits a skilled Vehicle Damage Appraiser who can lead our team in assessing vehicle damage and estimating repair costs.
Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting damaged vehicles, identifying necessary repairs, and preparing detailed estimates using our estimating software. You will communicate with customers regarding damage, repair options, and cost, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Your role involves coordinating with insurance companies to obtain repair approvals, liaising with parts vendors and technicians to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs, and maintaining accurate records of estimates, repair orders, and customer communications.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Auto Body Repair Estimator with a strong background in estimating software (Audatex).
* Familiarity with the Autoflow bodyshop management system is beneficial but not required.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills, combined with excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Qualifications and Skills Include:
* Technical training or certifications in auto repair or estimating (preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in vehicle estimating, collision repair, or related fields.
* Proficiency in estimating software (Audatex, Sage).
* Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and collision repair techniques.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
