Job Description
Responsibilities
* Oversee account management specialists, support their daily tasks, and foster professional growth.
* Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to improve team performance.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
* Implement and optimize customer service processes, resolving issues proactively.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align actions and achieve business goals.
* Prepare reports on team performance and customer service outcomes.

Location
Cherrywood, Dublin. Hybrid schedule: in-office 3+ days/week, flexible outside.
