We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accommodation Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop their leadership skills and contribute to delivering exceptional hospitality.
As an Accommodation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Accommodation department. You will work closely with the Accommodation Team to ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an Accommodation role, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or managerial capacity. They will possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities, knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment, familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, you will lead and support a great team to ensure our guests receive a warm and efficient welcome for every stay.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assigning daily work duties and cleaning lists to Accommodation Assistants/Porters
* Providing continuous training and development opportunities for Accommodation staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
* Performing regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to uphold cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hotel standards
* Documenting and addressing any maintenance defects or other issues and ensuring follow-up actions are taken
* Overseeing the execution of deep cleaning programs, as well as reporting and follow-up on maintenance matters
* Ensuring all rooms & Front of House areas are always maintained and cleaned to the highest standard
* Collaborating closely with the front office, Reservations, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
* Handling guest concerns and complaints promptly and efficiently
* Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
* Monitoring and managing the inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities
* Implement and promote eco-friendly practices and initiatives within the Accommodation department
