Site Operations Coordinator
To oversee day-to-day activities on residential construction projects, you will be responsible for ensuring that all works are completed in accordance with design specifications. This includes managing contractor interfaces and maintaining detailed project records.
* On-site supervision of construction activities
* Ensuring compliance with design and quality standards
* Reporting to the Employer's Representative
* Reviewing contractor submissions and method statements
* Managing project documentation and photographic records
* Attending project meetings and coordinating with other supervisory staff
* Supporting contract administration and health & safety compliance
Requirements
* Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Manager or Resident Engineer
* Proven track record in delivering residential projects
* Strong knowledge of civil engineering, building construction, and project management
* Familiarity with Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Regulations
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* High level of motivation and ability to work independently or within a team
* Full clean driving licence (project travel required)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; experience with property-related IT systems is advantageous
