Key Responsibilities:
* Review and liaison with design and client workgroup leads, model reviews
* Prepare and lead constructability reviews across every facet of the build
* Prepare detailed SOWs for trade contract procurement
* Assist in preparation of detailed BOQs
* Review returned CSA bids and prepare TBA
* Trade and industry knowledge reviews, keeping abreast of developments in the construction industry
* Development of detailed execution strategies
* Input into CHSP, QA/TO and all other General Construction Requirement documentation
* Assist in schedule development, schedule reviews and lead IAPs
The successful candidate will have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and 10+ years' experience in a similar role. Biotech/Pharma knowledge and excellent multi-disciplinary knowledge are also essential. Excellent communication skills and people management skills are required to effectively manage site CSA staff.
