Field Sales Representative
Location: Cork, Kerry & Waterford
Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for helping businesses grow through innovative payment solutions? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our clients expanding Field Sales Team to develop and grow their client base across the Munster region.
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with a strong background in sales, customer service, or account management—particularly in the payments, financial services, or retail sectors. Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development
* Identify business needs and offer suitable payment solutions.
* Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets aligned with company goals.
* Develop and manage a strong pipeline of new business leads.
* Build lasting relationships with partners and business owners.
* Cross-sell a range of products and services in line with company policy.
* Adhere to customer onboarding procedures in line with compliance guidelines.
* Provide local insights on competitor activity and customer needs.
Account Management
* Maintain and grow key customer accounts within your territory.
* Act as the primary contact for clients in your area.
* Coordinate with internal departments to support customer success.
* Identify new revenue opportunities within the existing customer base.
* Assist with promotional activities and new product initiatives.
Reporting
* Set personal performance goals in collaboration with your manager.
* Maintain an up-to-date call/journey plan.
* Use CRM systems effectively to log activity and manage prospects.
* Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to customer needs.
* Keep all customer records accurate and current.
* Submit timely sales reports and prospect updates.
