Job Description
We are searching for a highly motivated and skilled Corporate Accountant. This role offers the opportunity to play an integral part in the day-to-day financial operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring accuracy in the company's financial processes. The Corporate Accountant will be key in maintaining smooth financial operations and contributing to the company's continued success.
Key accountabilities
 * Maintains adequate accounting and control for various accounting functions.
 * Maintains and reconciles general ledger and subsidiary ledger accounts.
 * Maintains and develops automated accounting systems, controls, and procedures.
 * Prepares and develops reports for management and/or for regulatory authorities.
 * Responds to inquiries regarding accounting policies, procedures, and issues from management, external auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Skills & experience required
 * Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
 * Experience in financial accounting activities
 * Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
 * Advanced knowledge of accounting, reporting, and analysis
 * Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
Additional information
 * The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
