L’Oréal Luxe is looking for a Beauty Advisor who will deliver a premium, personalized experience and act as a brand ambassador for L’Oréal Luxe. This role is based at Brown Thomas Dublin and is part of a broader ecosystem focused on luxury beauty experiences.

What You Will Be Doing
Elevating Customer Experience
* Deliver the One Luxe Experience: Execute the One Luxe service model to provide a premium, personalized experience for every customer.
* Product Knowledge and Storytelling: Demonstrate products, share the brand heritage, and offer tailored knowledge, tips, and techniques.
* Brand Excellence: Act as a L’Oréal Luxe brand ambassador with luxurious service and merchandising standards.
* Staying Trend-Forward: Maintain understanding of the latest makeup, skincare, and wellness trends to offer expert advice and recommendations.
Driving Retail Performance
* Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet individual and counter sales goals as agreed with your line manager.
* Building Client Relationships: Proactively build authentic relationships with customers in-store and digitally to foster loyalty.
* Promoting Events and Activities: Inform customers about upcoming in-store events, promotions, and brand activations.
* Creating Engaging Experiences: Design and execute in-store experiences that drive interest and excitement for L’Oréal Luxe brands.
* Brand Advocacy: Represent L’Oréal Luxe and share expertise on internal and external social media in line with company guidelines.
Operational Excellence
* Teamwork and Training: Participate in team efforts and complete required training to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
* Administrative Responsibilities: Complete daily and weekly tasks using designated platforms (Tamigo/One Retail).
* Maintaining Counter Standards: Uphold high standards of hygiene and housekeeping to keep the counter clean and inviting.
