Project Leader
The role of Project Engineer/Manager encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including liaising with the Project and Contracts Manager to ensure that project specifications and designs are checked regularly. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing daily setting out and surveying duties, as well as supervising and mentoring site staff.
* Liaise with the Project and Contracts Manager
* Familiar with the Project Plan, ensuring site specifications and designs are checked regularly
* Complete daily setting out and surveying duties
* Supervise and mentor site staff
* Ensure work is completed safely and reaching deadlines
* Completing all works to an extremely high standard
* Attend Site Meetings
* Carry out Toolbox talks and Health & Safety briefings
* Liaise with Site Management and sub-contractors
* Assist in coordinating Plant, Machinery and Materials
* Ensure Waste is safely and appropriately disposed off
Our ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering Degree and at least 5 years experience in a similar position, demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as excellent numeracy skills and proficiency in MS Office.
As a Project Engineer/Manager, you will be responsible for leading a project from start to finish, ensuring it is completed on time and to a high standard.
