About the Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support digital product delivery across e-commerce and content platforms.
This role sits within a fast-paced digital function focused on optimising online journeys, improving platform performance, and ensuring smooth delivery of new product features.
* Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and documentation analysis, converting insights into user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Partner with Product Owners to deliver scalable digital solutions aligned to commercial and customer experience goals.
* Drive Agile practices, process improvements, and delivery efficiency across cross-functional teams.
* Remove delivery impediments and maintain accurate reporting on status, progress, and productivity.
* Build and maintain strong knowledge of existing systems to inform future solution design.
* Support decision making through data, structured analysis, and challenge of assumptions.
