The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support, handling installations, and conducting end-user training. They will also collaborate on project teams for larger installations, manage customer queries via phone/email, and maintain CRM records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
* Background in operations or IT administration.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
