Offer description
We are recruiting for a full time Breakfast Manager to provide quality service to our guests, in line with The Red Carnation Hotels standards.
Working pattern: 5 days over 7 days (including some weekends and Bank Holidays)

Key responsibilities will include:
Be present on the floor during breakfast and room service hours, ensuring seamless operations and providing guidance to your team.
Manage and motivate a dedicated team, fostering a professional, caring, and positive work environment.
Deliver personalised service to our guests, ensuring they feel valued, including addressing them by name and anticipating their needs.
Be well-versed in our menus ensuring our guests enjoy the best of what we have to offer.
Drive revenue through suggestive selling techniques, second servings, and ensuring every guest enjoys their dining experience.
Ensure that every aspect of the service area is impeccably presented, and our service standards are always upheld.
Profile
Previous experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel or luxury service environment is essential.
Strong communication, organisational, and team leadership skills.
An eye for perfection and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of service.
Experience of staff training, rotas, financial reporting, stock control and ordering.
A passion for creating memorable experiences and building strong guest relationships.
Familiarity with menus and beverage offerings, including bar service.
Ability to increase sales through suggestive selling and creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
