We are seeking a driven, innovative Regional Marketing Specialist to join our team in Europe. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about marketing success. You will develop and execute omnichannel campaigns to engage our target audience and generate demand for our sales teams. Your analytical and adaptable approach will help align marketing efforts with business goals and stay ahead of market trends. You will collaborate closely with sales and cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and ensuring campaigns meet strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning in European markets.
* Develop a regional annual marketing plan with quarterly goals to translate strategies into tactical campaigns targeting different funnel stages.
* Design and execute omnichannel campaigns, craft compelling copy, collaborate with channel specialists, and propose innovative engagement ideas.
* Create project proposals, campaign briefs, and evaluation reports to guide execution and support ROI analysis.
* Collaborate with sales and stakeholders to build and execute an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program tailored to prospective clients.
* Build strong relationships with sales teams, incorporate their feedback, and align campaigns with sales processes.
* Create and segment audience lists using database insights to target key personas.
* Coordinate direct mail campaigns for local holidays and maintain the regional event calendar.
* Support and measure the success of trade shows, conferences, and smaller events.
What You Bring
* 3-5 years of experience as a Regional Marketing Specialist or similar role in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation and best practices.
* Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools, with strong analytical skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with a drive for excellence.
* Proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Curiosity about new markets and persistence in solving challenges and refining strategies.
* Adaptability and innovation, with the ability to adjust strategies and bring fresh ideas for growth.
