The package includes a competitive salary, performance-related bonus, healthcare and wellbeing programmes, pension scheme, and long-term savings initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and communicate the value of licensed haematology products to key healthcare professionals, including hospital physicians, nurses, pharmacists, payors, and other relevant stakeholders.Achieve sales targets by effectively positioning products and ensuring their appropriate use.Develop and execute robust territory and account plans in collaboration with cross-functional colleagues.Manage and develop key accounts in line with company strategy and individual customer needs.Build and maintain strong, professional relationships to support successful product promotion.Work collaboratively with internal teams to support product launches and ongoing brand growth.About YouEssential Qualifications & ExperienceUniversity degree in Business, Science, or a related field.Strong understanding of the science behind haematology therapies.Proven experience as a Therapeutic Specialist or Key Account Manager within the pharmaceutical industry.Recent experience in a hospital-based haematology sales role.Demonstrated track record of consistent sales success.Proficient in using modern digital tools to support multi-channel engagement.Ability to identify, access, and influence key decision-makers within a territory.Desirable ExperiencePrior experience working specifically within haematology.Involvement in hospital specialty care product launches.Understanding of haematology stakeholders, funding pathways, and the local healthcare system.Awareness of environmental, health, and safety considerations related to the role.
