Social Care Leader - Make a Difference in Intellectual Disability Sector
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Social Care Leader to join our team and take on a challenging role. As a Social Care Leader, you will lead a team of social care professionals to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs and priorities of our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will report to the Person In Charge (PIC) and be responsible for leading a team to implement organisational policies and procedures effectively.
* You will develop and implement person-centred systems and supports that promote the empowerment and well-being of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
* You will ensure staff teams manage client relationships and provide excellent care and support.
Requirements:
* You should hold a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Social Studies/Social Care/Nursing or equivalent.
* You must have current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (CNM1).
* You should have a proven track record in delivering person-centred systems services and supports.
* You should have excellent knowledge of Health Act Regulations, HIQA Standards, and other relevant legislation.
* You should possess good leadership qualities, including excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and change management.
