New Payment Innovation is a fast growth Irish FinTech based at our HQ in Citywest, Dublin.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Manager to lead a new team generating opportunities for our sales teams to follow up.
The team will contact prospective customers, introducing them to New Payment Innovation and arranging for a member of our sales team to follow up.
As the team starts to build you will play an active role not only in managing the people within it but leading by example and supporting the telemarketing efforts.
The most successful candidate will have had telemarketing leadership experience in the past, is able to formulate scripts and strategies to communicate the important points to the potential customers, selling the value and opportunity of working with New Payment Innovation and ultimately capture their interest.
Your team will work closely with our sales leaders working with them to understand the success of the opportunities that are passed to them.
You will be rewarded for both the leads that your team generate and the successful conversion of those leads.
Job Description Lead the team that will contact potential customers who would be interested in face to face and online payment services from New Payment Innovation by phone.
Ensure that the team log and track calls in the CRM to support your management of those individuals and the leads but also give the business an accurate picture of the level of opportunity you are working on for reporting purposes.
Create scripts and strategies to design the most effective approach, tweaking and evolving based on results.
Work with the team to introduce the services to the customer, seek to better understand their existing setup, supplier and any challenges that they face and talk through how we may be able to support their business.
Collect any relevant information from them that accurately builds a picture of their requirements and work to agree a suitable time for a field seller to follow up with them.
Work with our sales teams to arrange an appointment to meet the potential customer and communicate the information that has been gathered from them.
Design an effective method to capture feedback from the sales teams on the results of their follow up.
Able to track and present your performance to your Line Manager and the wider management team as well as the leadership team.
Skills Required Ability to design scripts and strategies that maximize results from our telemarketing efforts.
Ability to effectively communicate with business owners positioning New Payment Innovation payments capability.
Excellent sales ability and experience with the ability to identify and generate opportunity.
Good rapport building experience, ability to communicate with different types of people, within different sectors across all levels.
