The Role
As an HR Advisor, you will support key functions within the HR department with a focus on Employee Relations. The successful candidate will report to the HR Manager and serve as the primary point of contact for HR queries.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with management to deliver HR and People strategy, ensuring objectives are met
* Provide HR guidance to on-site teams in accordance with legislation and internal policies
* Manage HR queries, addressing concerns with line management
* Support recruitment and on-boarding processes, issue contracts
* Manage HR systems, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements
* Identify process improvements and suggest enhancements to maintain effectiveness
* Support Learning & Development, training needs analysis across all disciplines
* Assist executive, finance, and payroll teams with administrative activities
* Support the Head of HR Department with tasks such as meeting preparation and data collation
Requirements
* Previous experience in an HR Advisory/Consultancy role, ideally in manufacturing or production
* CIPD qualification; third-level HR qualification desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in HR systems and MS Office suite
* Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking abilities
* Excellent problem-solving skills
