Join us and become part of a dynamic, ambitious team putting control in the hands of our customers. We are looking for an ambitious Loyalty Advisor to join our Retention and Loyalty team on a full time basis at PrepayPower's state of the art head office in Sandyford, Dublin 18.
The successful candidate will be highly target driven, hardworking, and motivated. This is an entry-level role with a clear progression structure. Joining the Retention team will offer a higher salary, an uncapped commission structure, and hybrid working options & you will be supported by a Senior Retention agent along the way.
Progress to a Retention Advisor within 5 months and a Senior Retention Agent within 12 months with the help of our Training, Mentor Program, and guidance from our supervisors. Your New Role Responsibilities:
* First point of contact for Retention calls - renegotiating customer contracts
* Focus on minimising pre-churn via phone, SMS, email contact and use of various systems
* Updating historical customer account around retention/cancellation issues
* Maintaining daily/weekly and monthly retention KPI's and achieve targets
* Ad hoc phone-based customer service and sales activities as required
Essential Experience & Skills to Succeed:
* Considerable attention to detail desired
* Have excellent communication skills
* Proven ability to work in a self-directed and organised manner
* Experience in a similar role and using CRM systems is an advantage

* €25,000 basic salary with a €5,000 bonus structure
