This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of pharmaceutical care and customer service .In this role, you will oversee the safe and efficient dispensing of medication, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with nursing homes and the supervising pharmacist to deliver exceptional pharmacy services.Key Responsibilities:Support the pharmacy team in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to nursing home patients.Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.Work closely with care home staff, prescribers, and healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.Provide professional advice and guidance to staff and customers.Participate in audits, and quality initiativesQualifications & Experience Required:Registered as a pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).Previous post-registration experience in a similar role.Experience working with nursing home patients and a strong understanding of their pharmaceutical needs.Skills & Attributes:Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexible and proactive approach to work.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Discretion and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.Good IT skills are an advantage.Why Join Us?Be part of a dynamic and supportive team.Work in a well-established, patient-focused pharmacy.Opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our services.Competitive salary and benefits package.
