About you
You enjoy building trusted, long-term relationships with senior customers and being the person they turn to when it matters. You’re commercially minded, comfortable talking about value and outcomes, and you like owning your patch and seeing it grow. You’re curious about your customers’ businesses and use that insight to spot opportunities that genuinely help them succeed. At Access, we’ll support you with a clear account management framework, strong internal teams and the freedom to focus on doing the right thing for your customers.
Day to day, you will
Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, building strong relationships with senior and executive stakeholders.
Lead structured account planning and Executive Business Reviews, making sure every conversation delivers clear value for the customer.
Identify and progress renewal and expansion opportunities, managing the full commercial process through to close.
Work closely with Customer Success, Professional Services and Support to manage risk, improve adoption and protect long-term retention.
Your skills and experiences might also include
Experience managing complex B2B software accounts, ideally in Software as a Service or HR and payroll technology.
Confidence negotiating multi-year commercial agreements and handling sensitive renewal conversations.
Experience working with structured account management or strategic account frameworks.
An understanding of how HR and payroll systems support large organisations and their people teams.
