OverviewAn opportunity for an experienced Purchasing Administrator to join a busy manufacturing operation in Dublin. This role supports day-to-day procurement activity, stock control and supply chain coordination, working closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and accurate delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesRaise and manage purchase orders to support manufacturing demandCoordinate with internal departments on procurement of materials and overhead spendRun MRP processes in SAP to ensure orders are met On-Time In-Full (OTIF)Monitor supplier performance and purchase order due datesMaintain high data accuracy within SAP to support forecasting and planningResolve supplier issues and complaints, preventing reoccurrenceLiaise with Finance to ensure procurement complianceSupport wider supply chain and operational activities as requiredExperience & SkillsMinimum 2 years' experience in a procurement or purchasing roleExperience working within a manufacturing environmentStrong working knowledge of SAP (MRP, purchasing, data accuracy) – essentialStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh attention to detail with strong organisational capabilityAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
