A leading consulting firm is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive Agile maturity within the banking sector. The role requires partnering with delivery teams and leadership to embed Agile principles, enhancing efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in Agile coaching, strong knowledge of frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence. This is an onsite position in Dublin for 2–3 days weekly.
