Senior HRBP

We’re looking for a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders, lead our HRBP team, and drive organisational performance in a fast‑paced manufacturing/FMCG environment.
What You’ll Do
Lead HR partnership across culture, performance, and organisational effectiveness.
Coach and develop a high‑performing HRBP team.
Own the Employee Relations (ER) strategy and manage complex ER issues/WRC matters.
Deliver workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
Lead change initiatives and support engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion.
Use HR data, analytics and insights to shape people plans and influence senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
7+ years’ HR experience, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments.
Strong employment law, ER, and change management expertise.
Experience leading HRBPs and partnering at senior level.
Strong commercial acumen, judgement, and data‑driven decision‑making.
HR qualification; CIPD desirable.
