Overview
Due to growth, we seek an Engineer within our Pharm Ops Engineering Group to support the Maintenance Strategy. Reporting to the Site Engineering Lead, the role involves delivering the new maintenance strategy.
Requirements
Role:
* Develop preventive maintenance schedules and SLAs with vendors.
* Ensure availability of correct spare parts for continuous operation.
* Support development and registration of equipment and instrumentation on CMMS systems.
* Assist with FATs, project walkdowns, commissioning, and documentation handover.
* Develop SOPs and WIs for the facility.
* Support validation of equipment, especially HVAC and process air systems.
* Report on engineering metrics and plan actions.
* Drive continuous improvement through digital tools and MPS methodologies.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
