This is your opportunity to work for a high-quality electrical contracting services company, specialising in sectors including Food & Beverage Manufacturing Plants, Data Centres, Life sciences, and Airports. Our client is now seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This role will be based in Dublin with up to 3 days a week travelling to Europe.
Responsibilities include:
* Project preparation: Set-up meetings, Site attendance, Client communication.
* Inclusion in technical discussions & submittals.
* Coordinating with Customers/Clients and design teams.
* Managing daily operations of the projects from start to finish, including communication with subcontractors and vendors about issues that may arise.
* Maintaining site records for labour, plant, materials, and staff.
* Ensuring materials are always available to complete the project.
* Maintaining weekly progress reports; managing changes/variations.
* Identifying and tracking project risks.
* Completing and reviewing all project paperwork.
* Strict adherence to the highest standards of Quality, Health & Safety.
Skills required:
* Electrical / Construction Industry background & extensive experience.
* Experience managing teams of trades staff.
* Strong communication skills.
* Accurate, detail-oriented, and methodical.
* Excellent knowledge of the construction industry, electrical installations, policies, and regulations.
* Fluent English speaker.
* Experience in Data Centres.
