Senior IT Operations Specialist

The Senior IT Operations Specialist will be part of our Production Services Operations Team, responsible for providing critical application support. This includes:
* Provisioning and troubleshooting issues related to application performance, functionality, and integration.
* Maintaining system health using Datadog, Kibana, and CloudWatch.
* Designing and implementing monitors and dashboards for prompt identification of potential issues.
* Developing internal tooling and integrating 3rd party tools like UIPath, Zapier, Slack, and Monday.com to enhance operational efficiency.
* Leveraging API integrations to improve workflow processes.
* Analyzing complex system issues to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
Key qualifications include:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management or a related field.
* 3+ years' experience in providing advanced operational support for commerce, identity, and/or data systems.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to measure, articulate, and resolve issues effectively.
* Proficiency in shell scripting and API integration for automation.
* In-depth knowledge of monitoring tools like Datadog, Kibana, and CloudWatch.
* Experience supporting applications built on Oracle, Java, ESB, and microservices architecture.
