Role PurposeLead day-to-day warehouse operations with a focus on DPD e-commerce flows and inter-branch showroom orders—accurate receipt, pick/pack, labelling, manifesting and on-time dispatch—while maintaining stock integrity, safety and team performance.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupervise inbound, storage, picking and outbound to meet KPIs (OTIF, pick accuracy, stock integrity).DPD orders: receive, pick/pack, print labels, build DPD manifests, book collections, hand over to drivers, resolve exceptions/failed scans.Showroom branch orders: process orders from other showrooms/branches, verify picks, pack, stage & dispatch; track back-orders and communicate status.Skills & ExperienceProven warehouse experience with team-lead/supervisor responsibilities.Hands-on DPD/courier workflows and inter-branch order processing.Working knowledge of WMS/ERP and basic Excel.€34,000 base (overtime paid separately), 40 h/week, paid leave, free parking, training & progression.How to ApplyEmail your CV to with subject "Warehouse Supervisor – Ballymount."Equal opportunities employer.
