Customer Support Representative 1
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Support Representative to provide professional, friendly, and efficient service to our customers in EMEA.
Your key tasks will include handling customer orders accurately and responding to customer queries in a timely and informative manner.
Main Responsibilities
* Process all orders and customer transactions accurately through relevant company systems within department guidelines and quality requirements.
* Respond to all customer queries within department guidelines through relevant company systems.
* Liaise with courier companies and internal teams to ensure prompt delivery to customers.
* Manage urgent and emergency orders and communicate with relevant teams as needed.
* Log all customer feedback correctly and on time, promoting the Customer Portal when possible.
Key Qualifications
* 1-2 years' experience in a multi-national customer support or contact centre environment (advantageous).
* Fluency in Dutch and English.
* Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
* Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
