As Associate Director, QA, you'll set the standard for GMP excellence, guiding teams through critical milestones such as tech transfers, process performance qualification (PPQ), and regulatory inspections. Role of this position
* Provide strategic oversight of GMP manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements.
1. Lead QA support for tech transfers, PPQ, and inspection readiness activities.
2. Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing QA teams.
3. Review and approve GMP documentation, safeguarding data integrity and compliance.
4. Champion continuous improvement initiatives that elevate quality standards across the site.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
5. A degree in Biopharma, Life Sciences, or a related field.
6. 8+ years' experience in vaccine or biopharma DP/DS manufacturing (sterile filling experience is highly desirable).
7. Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams.
8. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence across multiple functions.
9. A problem-solving mindset with a track record of delivering innovative quality solutions.
