We are well-established in the renewable energy sector, having been founded in 2001. In 2021, we launched our Home Energy Upgrade division and are planning rapid expansion in 2024 and 2025. This expansion aligns with the government's plan to upgrade 500,000 Irish homes by 2030, driven by generous grants.
Our Growth Strategy
To continue our trajectory of growth, we require an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the planning and execution of installation programmes and projects for our SEAI One Stop Shop division and commercial ventures.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage commercial projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely completion.
* Evaluate and ensure installation compliance with health and safety standards.
* Coordinate as the project interface between stakeholders, including clients, operations teams, sales teams, and contractors.
* Identify, report, and mitigate potential risks and issues.
* Promptly address project challenges and implement corrective actions.
* Lead, coach, and support project team members.
* Track and report on project milestones and costs.
* Maintain up-to-date programme and project information reports.
* Provide regular project updates to clients and internal department leads.
* Recommend and implement process improvements within the department.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Renewable Energy discipline.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, specifically in installation projects and/or renewables.
* Excellent communication skills, ambition, and ability to multitask.
* Organized, thorough, and diligent approach to work.
* Ability to perform under pressure.
* High level of commercial awareness.
* Clean driving license.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Project software, CRM, and Excel.
* Solar or HVAC industry experience.
* CAD or alternative design software skills.
