Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for an Office and Sales Administrator in Co. Kildare. This is a permanent, full time role. Fully office based Salary up to €35,000 Main duties: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and business partners Provide administrative and sales support to both team members and clients Manage a busy customer service counter, handling incoming calls, emails, and general client inquiries Perform various ad hoc duties, including providing support to other departments as needed Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment Coordinate sales administration tasks, including communication with dealerships regarding stock updates Prepare and maintain vendor reports Handle vendor inquiries through both phone and email communication Main requirements: Be organised, efficient and eager to succeed Have previous experience in a busy administration role with strong experience in MS office Have a commitment to high standards and a positive, can-do approach to work Be highly efficient and organised with excellent attention to details and the ability to prioritise work Be customer focused with excellent customer service skills Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral), with excellent command of the English language The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
