What you’ll be doing:
* You will be the voice of our company, dealing with customer enquiries professionally and with care. You will also learn new skills, grow your career, and work in a supportive environment.
* Providing excellent customer service, focusing on doing the right thing for each customer by delivering solutions tailored to their needs.
* Identifying vulnerable customers and providing additional support as needed.
* Handling escalated queries with empathy and integrity, ensuring accurate logging.
* Managing inquiries across telephony, email, web chat, and other channels.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in using various computer applications simultaneously.
* An attentive listener who can empathise and adapt to customer needs.
* A self-motivated individual responsible for resolving customer issues.
* A positive, enthusiastic attitude aligned with our commitment to excellent service.
* For remote work, a quiet workspace with reliable Wi-Fi (minimum 10 Mbps download).
* Ability to work on a hybrid basis from our Clonakilty office.
* Capacity to train full-time for 3 weeks.
* Availability to start on Monday, 26th August 2024.
