Preferred qualifications: 10 years of experience managing multi-group/disciplinary construction projects with civil, architectural, electrical, mechanical, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, networking, server equipment, systems, and infrastructure. 8 years of experience managing the full project life-cycle of data centers, from feasibility and planning through to commissioning, turn-up, and operational handover. 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in infrastructure projects, with a preference for data center construction and delivery. Ability to travel 20-30% of the time across the EMEA region. Manage the full life-cycle of data center projects from design through operational handover. Drive cross-functional collaboration and lead high-visibility escalation forums to resolve project blockers. Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain, technical issues, and vendor performance. Perform technical feasibility assessments for new hardware insertions, evaluating cost and infrastructure impacts.
