Senior Automation Expert
We seek a senior automation expert to spearhead automation practices, mentor engineers and drive innovation in AI-driven testing strategies.
This role entails leading best-practice test automation principles as a subject matter expert.
* Mainstream automation practices across teams.
* Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks for APIs, microservices and web applications.
* Promote the adoption of AI-based automation techniques.
* Mentor and guide automation engineers.
* Troubleshoot and optimize frameworks for seamless test execution.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of automation experience.
* Strong background in API and web automation.
* Hands-on expertise with tools like Selenium Web Driver, Rest Assured, or JMeter.
* Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (C#, .NET, Python).
* Experience with continuous testing and CI/CD pipelines.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication and mentoring skills.
Desirable Skills:
* Ai in automation.
* Cloud platforms.
* Test management tools and Atlassian suite.
* Performance testing and UI automation frameworks.
* Networking, mobile or Angular testing knowledge.
* Agile/Kanban delivery and ISTQB certification.
