Job Title: Employee Experience Specialist
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR professional to support our manufacturing operations in Longford, Ireland.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust-based relationships across the business.
* Support managers in addressing HR issues, policies, and procedures; coach and guide them in managing their teams effectively.
* Develop and maintain positive employee relations by promoting fairness, equal opportunity, and collaboration throughout the organization.
* Manage the onboarding process, ensure timely completion of employee training, evaluations, and record-keeping.
* Oversee attendance tracking, leave of absence processes, and ensure accurate reporting.
* Handle employee relations matters, including performance management, progressive discipline, and conflict resolution.
* Support visa and work permit applications for employees.
* Design and coordinate training sessions, development programmes, and engagement activities to enhance employee experience.
* Maintain compliance with Irish employment legislation and ensure managers are aware of legal requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law (Irish national or equivalent expertise essential).
* HR experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on employee relations.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Experience supporting visa/work permit processes.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with HR systems.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
