Job Title
The Project Director - Contract Operations will oversee projects from inception to delivery, collaborating closely with an in-house workshop and skilled teams.
* Leverage expertise to manage multiple fit-out projects across Ireland, ensuring quality, timelines are met, and client satisfaction is maintained.
* Oversee procurement, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, project documentation, and risk management.
* Maintain open communication channels with clients, designers, internal departments, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, compliance, and adherence to health and safety standards.
* Lead project meetings, coordinate activities, and facilitate decision-making among team members.
* Report directly to senior management, contribute to strategic planning, and support business growth initiatives.
