Meet The Team
Our Facilities Team is looking for a skilled and dedicated Facilities Technician with an electrical/mechanical background to support the startup of our first European manufacturing site. Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, the role plays a key responsibility in efficient site operations, performing essential maintenance on facilities and electrical infrastructure.
Where You Come In
* Perform routine/preventive maintenance on electrical and other facilities infrastructure.
* Provide timely troubleshooting support for equipment downtime situations.
* Ensure site safety requirements are met.
* Identify and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
* Support equipment installation, moves, commissioning, qualification, and validation.
* Document all maintenance activities accurately and keep audit‑ready records.
* Utilize Maximo CMMS to track and manage maintenance activities.
* Ensure compliance with GMP standards and health and safety regulations.
* Participate in audits, risk assessments, and stress‑testing scenarios for facility systems.
* Coordinate and oversee the work of external contractors.
What Makes You Successful
* Typically requires a minimum of 4–6 years of related experience and a high school diploma/certificate or equivalent.
* Proven experience in facilities maintenance.
* Proficiency using Maximo CMMS.
* Strong understanding of GMP standards and safety protocols.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience with BMS/EMS systems.
