This role involves managing the end-to-end land acquisition processes across various projects. This includes:

* Managing and supporting consenting phase activities

* Delivering phase activities

* Negotiating heads of terms to secure land for projects in a timely fashion utilizing appropriate mechanisms

* Liaising with landowners' land agents, legal representatives, planning authorities, key stakeholders, and contractors
">
* Managing and settling CPO compensation claims to achieve land transfer of relevant property interests
">
* Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams across a range of sectors in Ireland
">

The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years' experience in the Irish property market, a recognized degree in property economics/surveying, and be a chartered surveyor.

A Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) Case Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of projects, including managing tasks and associated deliverables in support of associate directors and other senior leaders. The role also involves developing processes and procedures for projects in preparation for the award and exercise of enforceable railway order powers.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the metro/rail sector, property or infrastructure project management expertise, commercial and financial acumen, and experience of leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
