With a strong focus on innovation and long-term growth, our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with Project Management duties to provide high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer and senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities Lead and support special strategic projects for the board, combining administrative support with a commercial mindset to identify key trends, opportunities, and areas for growth (can be elaborated upon at interview) Manage complex and constantly evolving executive diaries Organise national and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transfers Collaborate with the marketing and events team on the coordination of company events and functions Prepare detailed itineraries and manage customer visit logistics Screen and manage phone calls and emails on behalf of the CEO Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings Process and manage expenses for C-suite and senior management Oversee inbox management and ensure timely responses Prepare board reports and assist with meeting materials Take accurate minutes during executive and board meetings Manage office supply inventory and arrange meeting refreshments Act as a key liaison across departments to facilitate effective communication What Were Looking For Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior leadership Exceptional organisational and time management skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite A proactive, personable, and flexible approach to your work High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion Calm under pressure and solutions-focused Commercially aware with the ability to spot emerging opportunities and insights Contact Nicky Strutt
