*As a Senior Process Engineer you will ensure that manufacturing schedules and volumes are met in a consistent and timely manner.
*Support for NPI (scale up, technical transfer and commercialisation of new compounds) in the manufacturing facilities.
*Involvement with Op Ex, simplification initiatives and projects.
*Ensuring that the manufacturing facilities are operated in a manner that meets all current Good Manufacturing Process and environmental standards.Minimum Requirements
*Senior Process Engineer should have a primary degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or a related science degree.
*5+ yrs experience in NPI and/or tech transfer desirable.
*Experience with new technology introduction would be an advantage.
*An Operational Excellence certification (yellow, green, black belt) would be an advantage.Preferred Requirements
*Sound awareness and understanding of pharmaceutical business with API experience.
*Ability to operate efficiently in a complex matrix organisation and international environment.
*Strong verbal and written communication skills with well-structured communication and presentation ability to various audience levels.
