2. Staff Leadership & Development:
* Recruit, train, and mentor team members to maintain high performance and customer service standards.
* Develop career progression plans and provide ongoing coaching.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media Strategy:
* Manage the digital presence across various platforms.
* Design and implement creative campaigns leveraging expertise in digital art and content creation.
* Drive customer engagement and retention through targeted online marketing and client communications.
* Monitor analytics and track campaign effectiveness.
4. Customer Experience & Business Growth:
* Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Develop promotions, partnerships, and loyalty programs.
* Report regularly on key performance indicators, financial performance, and growth opportunities.
