We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to provide accounting and administrative support across a wide range of financial functions, including managing accounts payable and receivable, supporting payroll preparation, and ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliations.
About the Role
* Manage accounts payable and receivable
* Support payroll preparation
* Ensure accurate reporting and reconciliations
* Take responsibility for VAT, VIES, and Intrastat returns, monthly accounts, and bank reconciliations
* Support auditors
Requirements
* Qualified accounts technician or part-qualified accountant with at least four years experience
* Excellent bookkeeping and financial analysis skills
* High level of exposure to IT systems, specifically Sage 50
* Confidence, diligence, and self-motivation
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
