This high-impact position focuses on driving asset performance, optimising maintenance strategies, and supporting production reliability across a highly regulated site.
* Develop and implement effective asset maintenance plans to ensure reliable plant and equipment operation.
* Analyse equipment performance and maintenance data to identify recurring issues and deliver long-term engineering solutions.
* Oversee predictive and condition-based maintenance programs (e.g., vibration, thermography) and interpret results to guide decisions.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives, integrating digital tools and smart maintenance practices.
* Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues and ensure efficient project delivery.
* Provide technical expertise to optimise maintenance planning, cost management, and resource utilisation.
* Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.
