Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
* Lead, support and motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets
* Deliver excellent store standards and customer experience
* Manage stock levels and merchandising to maximise commercial opportunities
* Drive key KPI performance, including conversion, ATV and UPT
* Recruitment, training, and ongoing development of store staff
Requirements
We are seeking candidates who possess:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Store Manager or Assistant Manager role
* Strong people leadership skills with a natural coaching style
* Previous retail experience in fashion, homewares or accessories
* Commercially minded with the ability to analyse sales data and make informed decisions
