Corporate Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Account Manager to oversee a dedicated portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term retention. This role involves managing the complete sales and project lifecycle-from initial consultation and solution design to implementation and post-project evaluation. A strong design mindset is essential, as the successful candidate will translate client briefs into visually compelling proposals that clearly communicate concepts, installation approaches, and client responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is an experienced account manager with excellent problem solving abilities, proven success managing corporate accounts, and the confidence to work independently while cultivating strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

*Partner with clients to understand their needs, create tailored quotations, and deliver high quality proposals. Manage each project end-to-end, including coordination of installation and removal.
*Conduct routine client site visits to strengthen relationships, assess ongoing service quality, identify opportunities, and support continued account development.
*Develop a thorough understanding of the full product and service range, articulating benefits clearly and aligning solutions to customer objectives.
*Explore new revenue opportunities by identifying additional channels and creating targeted sales strategies.
*Communicate effectively with clients through phone, email, digital platforms, and in-person meetings.
*Deliver commercial performance in line with organisational goals, including revenue target and strategic growth plans.
*Maintain consistently high customer satisfaction through exceptional service and proactive engagement.
*Build effective relationships with suppliers, internal teams, and key partners to support smooth project delivery and client success.

Requirements

*A third level qualification in Business, Design, or a related field.
*Strong digital proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint essential). *Experience using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar is beneficial.
*Demonstrated ability to develop, cost, and present design concepts that meet and exceed customer expectations.
*Proven experience in preparing successful business tenders.
*At least five years' experience managing a portfolio of commercial or corporate accounts.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
*Highly organised, with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
*Travel to Dublin on a seasonal/periodic basis for meetings, reviews, and client engagement.
